Spiegelglass Construction Company, the NACC member of St. Louis, has completed an expansion project for BRIO Tuscan Grill at their Plaza Frontenac location. A 15 x 50 foot covered patio was added on the east side of the restaurant and opened this fall. The new patio significantly extends the indoor bar and dining space. A weatherproof canopy drapes over the area, complete with fans, lighting and heaters, making the area usable almost year-round. The Tuscan-inspired patio fits 80 dining tables and accommodates 50 bar patrons. Additionally, the patio features a fire pit and two soft-seating areas, both able to hold 10 guests. Spiegelglass Construction Company was the original builder of the Plaza Frontenac BRIO Tuscan Grille, which opened in 2004. Shy Patel, General Manager of the restaurant said the relationship they had built with Spiegelglass during the first round of construction prompted them to again seek Spiegelglass' services for the patio. Patel summed BRIO's working relationship with Spiegelglass by saying, "It was easy. We wanted to do something new and exciting with our space and the patio has been a hit."

Bissinger's, a St. Louis based European-style chocolatier, has partnered with Spiegelglass Construction Company of St. Louis, Missouri to expand it's Central West End location at 32 Maryland Plaza for a fast-track, 800 sq. ft. interior tenant finish and remodel. The Maryland Plaza location is one of three Bissinger's locations including Plaza Frontenac, and the Westfield Crestwood Mall. Spiegelglass specializes in retail, restaurant and medical office commercial projects throughout the Midwest.
